The Major Achievements in Merchandising Excellence (MAME) Awards encompasses all facets of professional achievement, sales, marketing, merchandising and design. With nearly 260 entries from over 25 builders, the MAME Awards ceremony draws a crowd of over 600, with the majority of attendees representing the Valley's premiere home builders. 
The View Carefree by Paseo Homes received two distinct nominations in the category of Best Architectural Design – Attached Home Plan.
